The Dutch engineers Cornelis Lely and Jan Adriaanszoon Leeghwater are the most important sources of inspiration for ABT. Like them, our engineers intend to have a positive impact on society with their buildings.
Society and the built-up environment are closely interrelated. To be able to live, learn and care, people need houses, universities and hospitals. Roads and bridges connect these buildings with each other. Buildings, districts, villages and cities exist because of these interconnections.
It is ABT’s ambition to realise engineering works that are as close to society as possible, matching the physical and mental aspects of their human users. Our knowledge, skills, scientific expertise, and - of course - passion for technology will guarantee this.
