Tasman Tower

Groningen

The Tasman Tower (‘Tasmantoren’) is a structural accommodation building with 24 storeys on a prominent site on the edge of Groningen, near the junction of three important waterways. Two mutually linked towers over 75 metres high accommodate 218 apartments of varying size, with their own swimming pool and fitness room.

The plinth is set aside for business spaces and a restaurant. Deep black aluminium frames delineate the façades of the apartments and emphasise the view over the city and surroundings.
