Heat pumps are used for a sustainable use of the council chamber in a design that epitomises flexibility and sustainable construction. The building has been put forward for the Sustainable Buildings Register.
Concrete core activation, ground heat storage, heat pump and lighting control in combination with a flexible user installation provide a sustainable building in a remarkable packaging.
