The Construction Management discipline developed out of the former Specifications and Estimates group and the Building Inspection/Field Staff Department. Its broad range of expertise enabled it to play an important advisory role in the development of STABU specifications.
This department has become a fully fledged discipline specialising in accommodation and property, process and project support, cost management and building site management. Projects are supported from the initial discussion phase right through to delivery.
The aim of all our advisory and management activities is to achieve the optimum balance between functionality, quality, aesthetics and cost. The discipline also performs quality inspections on building sites and undertakes site supervision. Our quality inspectors are regularly engaged to carry out damage analysis.
