Since the foundation of ABT, its key aim has been to integrate structure and architectural design. With this basic concept, we have played a pioneering role in the development of ‘structural design’ as a distinct field based on the interaction of two previously separate disciplines.

 

Our approach can be characterised as an ongoing search for creative, innovative solutions. To support this, we perform research into new construction materials, more efficient use of materials and construction methods.
